Staying in Europe for a year

I have a small dog and i want to bring her along. I am thinking of flying into Germany and buying a car and driving throughout the EU and Eastern Europe. Are there any problems that will arise at boarder crossings i should know about? Are dogs aloud on public transportation? What about public areas such as restaurants, stores, shops...? Anything you have to offer on the topic would be great. Thanks

Hi, I wanted to know if anyone has traveled in the EU for a year? What is up with Schengen Agreement, I understand the 90 day in and 90 day out. Switterland can i stay there for three months then back to EU? Can i drive a car outside of the EU what are the rules with that and the insurance? Is there a visa or permit i can get that allows me to stay longer in the EU? How safe is it to drive in Eastern Europe?
